CJNRB ?

The Twinning Committee Noisy le Roi Bailly (CJNRB) is a volunteer organization that aims to implement and promote exchanges in academic, cultural, sporting, economic and environmental cities of Albion ( USA) and Godella (Spain) in accordance with the decisions of the Municipal Councils of Noisy le Roi and Bailly.

The CJNRB facilitates contacts between citizens of our cities with the twin cities through its expertise available to individuals or communities that wish to develop friendly ties with our sister cities.

It should be noted that the CJNRB not involved in individual relationships of people with those of the twin cities and does not finance private enterprise or collective and is not involved in their organization.

A survey designed by students of the College of Quintinye said that all segments of the population of Noisy le Roi Bailly were sensitized by twinning with cities in other countries ...
